Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Eligibility

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from the item ordered
  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except in defective cases)
  • Return requests must be sent with Order ID, full name, and reason for return to booking@lotus-beau.com

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Returns due to customer preference (change of mind or expectations)
  • Opened or used products
  • Cosmetics and skincare items restricted for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Incorrect delivery or contact details provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by wrong email or shipping information

Return Process

  • Contact customer support at booking@lotus-beau.com with your order number, reason, and proof (photos/videos)
  • Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refund timelines depend on your payment provider
